Ifield Mayfayre Monday 1st May is just 3 weeks away! Please can everyone think
about how they can help in whatever capacity they are able but especially setting up over the
weekend and manning stalls on the day. Whatever time you can give will be hugely
appreciated so please contact Sue Gilbert a.s.a.p on 07932 106688 or email@example.com.
If you would like to donate an Easter Lily in memory of a loved one
for Easter Sunday, the cost this year will be £2.50 per lily. Please give your
donation, together with the names of those to be remembered, to Sue King.
Thanks to the splendid help of the Sussex Heart Charity
we now have a modern up to date AED Defibrillator ready for use.
Two training sessions took place with over thirty people attending
in St Margaret’s Church. Almost most of the attendees were either granny’s or
or granddads so it would be nice if we could get some younger people to take
a short training session so they will be able to use the machine and perhaps
save someone’s life in the years to come. Us oldies will not be here for ever!. If you
could spare a couple of hours one evening please let me know via the
Parish Office and I will arrange for you to meet the trainer and spend a very
pleasant two hours amongst nice people learning how to save a life when needed
There is no blood, nasty’s, drugs or needles, just a very interesting film and learning, what could be better!
Enjoy a cup of coffee at the end of the session and a biscuit!

Parish Diary. To ensure that all events are booked in and advertised properly, we’re going to make some changes. Please bear these in mind if you are planning an event. 1) The parish diary will be taken down from the websites, and Mave will be the sole keeper of the parish diary, so please notify her of upcoming events and to check that buildings and resources are free. 2) Jill Bell will collect a list of upcoming events and publish it in the Buzz. Facebook and the pew sheet might also be used, but the list in the Buzz will be definitive. 3) Pictures and news following an event will be managed by Ron as he develops the new church social website, news of which is to follow.
Parish House Groups:
These groups provide a great opportunity to deepen your faith and get to know other Christians in a relaxed and friendly setting.
Please see the list of groups on your church notice-board. If you would like to
know more, please contact Jill Bell on 521699 or email email@example.com.
