Everyone is welcome to join us, and whatever has brought you here today, we want you to know that you are... 'Loved as you are'
We are here to help
Funerals
The loss of a loved one can be a very emotional time, as well as one for dealing with practicalities.
Whether you have just experienced a bereavement, or are still coming to terms with the death of a loved one, our experienced and sensitive team are available to help.
Is a church funeral for me?
YES!
You don’t need to be a regular church goer to have a funeral in church and if you decide that a funeral service at the crematorium is appropriate, we are also able to assist you in producing a service that reflects the life of your loved one.
The end of the funeral isn’t the end of our relationship!
The days after a funeral can be as tough as the ones before. The clergy and pastoral team are available to talk with anyone who wishes too. Even if we didn’t take the funeral of your loved one, we would be pleased to offer you pastoral care.
Funerals are organised through the local undertakers who will then pass the details on to the Parish.
Unfortunately the grave yard at St Margaret’s is now closed and no further burials are allowed other than the burial of ashes.
For the regulations regarding the burial of ashes please contact the Parish Office.
